We start the route in the centre of the village, opposite the Town Hall. We cross the bridge in the square and take the road on the right, heading towards Lanuza along the tarmac road. After about 300m, opposite a car park, the uphill park begins at the left. Further on, you’ll come to a turn-off to the left leading to the San Juan irrigation channel. Once at the channel, keep to the right until you reach the viewpoint. The views are spectacular.

Estimated time: 45 minutes.

This route presents no technical difficulty, but due to the steep gradients in some places, it is not recommended for children under 6 years.

ALTERNATIVE: In spite of starting the route heading towards Lanuza, head to "El Paco" neightbourhood and we take the La Paul path, from where we take a turn-off that climbs directly to the San Juan irrigation channel. From there, turn right to reach the Peña de las Vírgenes viewpoint.
