If you are a nature lover, we suggest the following plan for a weekend:

On Saturday morning we recommend you the ascent to the Pacino peak, it is a simple route of just under 4 hours that, through the forest of Sallent, will take you to the summit. You can take advantage of the afternoon to stroll around Sallent, get to know the village and enjoy the local gastronomy.

The following day we suggest two shorter alternatives to the previous day's excursion, the return to the Lanuza reservoir, which can be done by going along the Lanuza nature trail and returning along the old road, or the ascent to Castiecho de Lanuza, to see the bunkers of the P line and enjoy a magnificent view of the Lanuza reservoir and the villages of Sallent, Lanuza, Formigal and Escarrilla. Or if you feel like it, you can combine the two and do both.

If you have time to spare, you can visit the San Mamés viewpoint in Sallent or visit the village of Lanuza.
