La Sarra – Refugio de Respomuso

From the Las Fajas bridge, at the end of the road that goes up to the Sarra reservoir, starts the path that goes up to the Respomuso refuge and the Piedrafita cirque, signposted with red and white GR11 markers. This is a beautiful route that follows a clear path. Through the forest and next to numerous waterfalls, the path ascends along the right bank of the Aguas Límpias river to the Respomuso reservoir dam, which it skirts until it reaches the refuge.
